Apple urged a federal judge to dismiss the Department of Justice's speculative antitrust suit against it in court on Wednesday. The company argued that the DOJ's case was baseless and did not include any facts linking Apple's conduct to harm. The DOJ, however, claimed it had enough evidence to proceed to trial. The hearing lasted three hours, with the judge aiming to make a decision by January. If dismissed, though, the case will likely continue as multiple states are participating.
