The European Commission has announced its preliminary view that Apple is in breach of the Digital Markets Act (DMA) regarding App Store anti-steering rules, giving time for Apple to respond before making a final judgment by March 2025. If found in breach, Apple could face fines up to 10% of its worldwide revenue.
