Shrinking on Apple TV+ gets early season 3 pickup

Apple TV+ has given an early renewal to Shrinking for a third season, even though season two just began this week with the first two episodes dropping. This will complete the original three-season story arc envisioned by creator Bill Lawrence who previously expressed he had planned a three-act plotline for "Shrinking." The show centers around a grieving therapist (played by Jason Segel) who starts ignoring his professional training and unethically telling his clients exactly what he thinks, leading to him makes huge changes in people's lives including his own. Shrinking comes from Ted Lasso's Bill Lawrence and Brett Goldstein the latter of whom even guest stars in season 2.
