Tapbots Announces ‘Phoenix’ - The New Bluesky App for iOS

Developers from Tapbots, creators of the popular apps Tweetbot and Ivory, are developing a new app for Bluesky called Phoenix. This announcement comes as a response to the growing user base on both Mastodon and Bluesky platforms. The app is set to be released this summer, with a limited public beta coming soon. Phoenix will offer a similar experience to Tweetbot and Ivory but tailored for the Bluesky platform. Tapbots assures users that they will continue to support Ivory for Mastodon, despite the split in their user base between the two services. Development on new features for Ivory will resume once Phoenix is released.
