United Airlines and Air Canada First to Offer Official Support for AirTag Link Sharing

United Airlines and Air Canada are the first airlines to support sharing of an AirTag's location via a link

United Airlines and Air Canada have become the first airlines to offer official support for AirTag link sharing. This feature allows customers to generate a shareable AirTag tracking link within the Find My app, which they can then share with customer service to help track down lost items.

The sharing of the tag isn't permanent and will be disabled as soon as it is reunited with its owner. Sharing can also be stopped at any time by the user and will automatically expire after seven days.

Currently, United Airlines and Air Canada are the only airlines to support the feature, but there are nearly 20 airlines prepared to support the feature in the future.
