Apple Rolls Out Fifth Developer Betas for iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, macOS 15.1

Apple continues to shake down Apple Intelligence in the developer betas, with fifth builds of iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, and macOS Sequoia 15.1 now available alongside second builds of visionOS 2.1, tvOS 18.1, and watchOS 11.1.

Apple has released the fifth round of developer betas for iOS 18.1, iPadOS 18.1, and macOS Sequoia 15.1. These updates come alongside second builds of visionOS 2.1, tvOS 18.1, and watchOS 11.1. The main difference between these 18.1 versions and the 18 operating system versions is the inclusion of Apple Intelligence features, which include generative AI and machine learning capabilities. Not all Apple Intelligence features will be available immediately upon release. Some early features include a new Siri animation, Type to Siri, better understanding of queries, contextual awareness, product knowledge, and various writing tools.
