Apple's secretive 3D cinema camera, capable of recording immersive video at 8K resolution, has been revealed in detail. The unnamed stereoscopic device was used to film the 16-minute short 'Submerged', released on Thursday for viewing on the Apple Vision Pro. The rig features large sensors, approximately equivalent in size to Micro Four-Thirds or Super 35, which can capture a 180-degree field of view. It is also equipped with microphones for recording multidirectional audio.
