Congress Letter Threatens Apple's Supply Chain with BOE Disruption
Congress may force Apple to stop using BOE displays on its devices due to security risks

A letter from Congress to the Department of Defense claims that China's subsidizing of display producers like BOE Technology Group is a security risk to the US. It could result in forcing Apple to change its supply sources. John Moolenaar, chairman of the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party, has written to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin about the subsidies which help push non-subsidized companies from the market and increase China's dominance in the display industry.
