Channels, a popular cord-cutting app for watching and recording live TV, has released version 6.0 with new features focused on personalization. Key updates include Personal Sections, enabling users to create custom experiences; fully customizable sidebar navigation for iPhone and iPad apps; and Theater Mode, which mimics the movie theater experience by playing multiple trailers and a pre-roll before starting the selected movie.
