Exclusive: every iPhone 16 & iPhone 16 Pro camera spec & Capture Button detail revealed

The latest updates on the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Pro cameras have been revealed. The iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus will have a dual-camera setup, with the primary wide camera and a secondary ultra-wide camera. The primary camera will remain the same, while the ultra-wide camera will get a faster f/2.2 aperture. The iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will have three cameras, with a wide camera, an ultra-wide camera, and a telephoto camera. The telephoto lens will be upgraded to 5X optical zoom, and the ultra-wide lens will be upgraded to 48MP. Additionally, the iPhone 16 will support a new image format called JPEG-XL and 4K video at 120 frames per second with Dolby Vision. A new capture button will be introduced on all four new iPhone models, which will be a capacitive button located on the lower-right corner. The button will be exclusive to camera-specific apps and will have a force-sensitive half-press and sliding gestures.
