Galaxy Watch 6 begins receiving One UI 6 and Wear OS 5 update in the US

Samsung's One UI 6 update is beginning to roll out on older Galaxy Watch models, like the Galaxy Watch 6 series. The update brings a Sleep Apnea tool and better health tracking with an Energy Score based on sleep, activity, and other data. It also introduces a couple of first-party watch faces that complement the array already available.
