Honor's MagicOS 9.0 Unveiled: An AI-Packed Android 15 Update

Honor has announced MagicOS 9.0, its Android 15-based update packed with AI features. The new OS brings an upgrade to the company's voice assistant, Yoyo, which is now positioned as an AI helper called LAM. The AI model can understand user needs and carry out tasks like ordering coffee. Honor also showcased the Magic 7 Pro at the Snapdragon Summit and provided further details on its 'Autopilot' AI features. These include an industry-first on-device AI Agent for an open ecosystem, allowing it to make intelligent decisions based on user habits. The company is also expanding its Magic Portal and Magic Capsule with a focus on AI.
