Meta is introducing a new Instagram feature called trial reels that allows creators to test content performance before sharing with followers. Trial reels can be shared with non-followers to gauge reactions, and only the creator can see them. Insights and metrics become available 24 hours after posting, and well-performing trial reels can optionally be shared automatically with followers after 72 hours.
