Maryland Apple Store Workers File for Union Representation
Maryland Apple Store staff file for union election

Workers at Apple Bethesda store in Maryland have filed a petition with the National Labor Relations Board to form a union called 'Apple Workers United.' Over 70% of the retail and repair staff signed cards to support the move. This follows the successful union formation at Apple Oklahoma City, which culminated in workers winning their first contract with Apple, becoming the first Apple retail employees in the country to do so.
