OnePlus Watch 3 Introduces ECG, but Skips the US and Canada

The OnePlus Watch 3 has been officially launched with several health-focused upgrades, including the addition of ECG (electrocardiogram) support and a new '60-Second Health Check-In' feature. However, users in the United States and Canada will not have access to the ECG Analyzer due to the lack of FDA certification for this feature. Despite this limitation, the 60-Second Health Check-In, which provides a comprehensive health overview without ECG, will still be available to US and Canadian users starting in Q2 2025. The OnePlus Watch 3 is now open for pre-order at $329 and is set to ship later this month.
