Rivian adds support for Control Center widgets in iOS 18
Rivian adds support for Control Center widgets in iOS 18, allowing users to perform common tasks with a single tap.

Rivian has added support for Control Center widgets in iOS 18, following Tesla's lead last month. iPhone users running iOS 18 can now add Rivian-specific controls to their Control Center, allowing quick access to common tasks like locking/unlocking, opening the hood, controlling climate settings, operating the liftgate and adjusting windows.
Rivian has been quick to adopt popular iPhone features like Live Activity support and Car Key platform, but CarPlay remains unsupported for now. The updated Rivian app is available on the App Store.
