Three months with the M4 iPad Pro, now powered by Apple Intelligence

I've been using the 13-inch M4 iPad Pro as my full-time computer for three months, and overall it has met my needs well. The one-app-at-a-type approach of iPadOS helps me focus better compared to a Mac, where I miss having Slide Over multitasking.
One key feature enabling me to work on the go is the iPad's built-in cellular connection, which provides more convenience than using an iPhone hotspot. The M4 chip and Apple Intelligence have also been nice to have as I test iOS 18 and its AI features, though for most tasks the extra power probably isn't necessary.
That said, there are still some pain points with the iPad Pro that I hope future software updates address like improving multitasking and making it feel more fluid under pressure. Overall though, the device keeps getting better each year even as it has some of the same issues it always had.
