- Mental Wellbeing: These individuals reported 57% lower stress levels, as measured by the Perceived Stress Scale-4 (PSS-4).

The data was collected from over 140,000 participants in the Apple Heart and Movement Study. The study highlights the positive correlations between consistent physical activity and various health metrics.
