Apple has released a new developer beta 6 update for visionOS 2.1, with public launch expected by end of month.

Apple has released visionOS 2.1 beta 6, the second update this week for developers ahead of a public launch expected by the end of October. The new software version is set to release publicly on October 28 alongside iOS 18.1. While today's beta likely includes bug fixes and performance improvements, notable new features are not yet apparent. Separate enhancements to Mac Virtual Display, however, appear to be planned for visionOS 2.2 in December.
