Apple Survey Reveals Insights on Customer Experiences with Vision Pro
Apple has started sending surveys to early adopters of the Vision Pro, questioning their experiences and satisfaction with the product. The survey asks about comfort, use cases, favored features, how often and for how long they use it, head bands used, ZEISS Optical Inserts, battery usage, Mac Virtual Display, accessories used, and other AR/VR products used. Apple regularly sends out these surveys to customers in order to gauge feedback on new product releases.
