iFixit Teardown: A Closer Look at the Slimmer Apple Watch Series 10

iFixit has shared its traditional teardown video of the new Apple Watch Series 10, revealing what’s inside the device. The design is significantly thinner and features larger displays. However, it makes the watch more difficult to repair.

The components are well-fitted with a gap of just 0.176mm between glass and metal, improving water resistance. Antennas on cellular models are now built into the structure of the case.

Accessing internal components requires removing the display first, which involves heating it. The battery is attached with adhesive and can be easily removed, but other components require removal of many small connectors and screws.
