Beta 3 Released for visionOS, watchOS, and tvOS but iOS and macOS Missing

Apple has released developer beta 3 for visionOS 2.1, watchOS 11.1, and tvOS 18.1. However, new betas for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS are not included in this update. The absence of these key platforms is surprising as they contain Apple Intelligence features. If any new discoveries are made in the released betas, they will be shared.
