Sonos has made several attempts to apologize to customers after a failed iPhone app update earlier this year, including creating a webpage called "Recommitting to Quality and Customer Experience." The CEO of the company also posted an apology video on YouTube. A series of promises were made including improving software quality and ensuring all customer feedback would be listened to.
