T-Mobile’s Starlink Beta Opens to All, Free Until July – No T-Mobile Contract Required

T-Mobile's Starlink beta is now open to everyone, offering free outdoor connectivity in mobile dead zones until July.

T-Mobile announced its T-Mobile Starlink service, developed in partnership with SpaceX, during the Super Bowl. The service will be available for beta testing from February to July 2025 and is free of charge during this period, even for customers of competing carriers like Verizon and AT&T. When it officially launches in July 2025, T-Mobile Starlink will be included at no extra cost for Go5G Next plan subscribers, while other T-Mobile customers can add the service for $15/month. Non-T-Mobile customers can purchase access for $20/month. The satellite-based service is designed to provide connectivity in areas without cell network coverage, initially supporting text messages with future plans to include picture messages, data, and voice calls.
